Strategic game plans and plays to clear CA exams

Hey everyone I am back again with another article and this time it is based on future aspects rather than past experience as like previous articles.
A guide to IPCC:
A motivational quote for a finalist:
And finally a self realisation article:
All those were based on past experience but this one is focused on a reply to all your queries I generally received from the readers and TARGETING Nov’11 exams {CA final}. Truly speaking I never wanted to share my secrets but as I progress in life I found that I am better off while helping others, so here are some of the Strategic Game Plans & Plays which one may follow to try clear their exams.
Some of them was so weird one can’t expect. How can I know what are your personal capabilities and circumstances under which you are living, people ask such things that they want a direct spoon in their mouth? Sorry friends that thing is not possible for anyone.
Importance of a plan
Seriously friends I don’t know how many of you believe it or not but it is a real fact that we can never ignore for a course like CA. Plans are very important and have a meaning only if they are written. Why written…?
The benefits which I found are:-
  1. Paste a written plan on your bed side wall. It constantly reminds us of our goals, otherwise we will forget those in 3-4 days and again aimless.
  2. If you try to think you will find that the way is easier and our steps are faster when we know the target. Written is just like a target where we had to go.
  3. A day wasted in preparing a plan can save upto 10 days implementing it. {it’s proved}
  4. It will increase your efficiency and effectiveness.
How to make it
Again this is the approach I followed and you may take it as an example and draft your own.
Step I: Initial Phase
First of all take whole of your syllabus and 8 fresh pages {for final exams}. Draw out a table having columns being Sl.no., Topic, Time Required {in hrs.}, and remarks. Start noting down each and every topic allotting reasonable time.
From this you will get to know the total time required for you preparation. Then attach a master sheet which shall include only those topics which are not done at all or pending or revision as shown below to get a bird’s eye view.

Step II: Get deeper
Then we come to deeper level of planning within a framework as decided in above step. Here start your plan day wise. Use this link to download a calendar in word format and Make a daily target and write in corresponding box and see next day how efficient you are.
Write targets at start of months and pending work at the end.
Step III: Mental preparation
  1. Please friends try it once, leave it if you found it unsuccessful as it would waste your only a day but may save upto 10 days.
  2. Most important is to daily follow your schedule and fill all your calendar entries as only then it could prove successful.
  3. Don’t make weird and absurd plans. Make schedule according to your capabilities.
  4. And finally don’t get feared for exams. It is A CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT exam. We are never failed until we quit.
I found some useful lyrics of a song ---
Chaani jo khaak to mitt ke sona, tu ban gaya

Ghamon ki aag mein tap ke sooraj, tu ban gaya

Chaani jo khaak to mitt ke sona, tu ban gaya

Gamon ki aag mein tap ke sooraj, tu ban gaya

Aaj paaya hai tuney, sab kho ke mureeda

Mili jannat tujhe to, jab bigda naseeba

Haathon se nikli manzil jab yeh daaman chhuth gaya

Aye bekhabar tu benoor ho ke roshan ho gaya

Bhari hai yeh khaali si jholi jo tu bhatka dar badar

Yeh bhi na jaane yeh kaafir ki dua ka hai asar

Jo taare se toota, sab khwaish milegi

Zara haathon ko phailaa, mannatein sab milengi

Hua tabah aur hadd se zyada khoya jab qaraar

Udhi udhi tab saansein jaise udta hai gubaar

Socha karey kis pal mein dil ko raahat hai mili

Khuda ke ghar mein taalim tujhko gir ke jab mili

Aaj paaya hai tuney, sab kho ke mureeda

Mili jannat tujhe to, jab bigda naseeba

On a request of some member this is my ID’s

Last but not the least you may anytime mail me your queries and I’ll try to solve those but don’t get weird questions like:-

1. Mujhe plan banana nahi aata, kya karu ?? {if you can’t make after reading above, then think once again that are you eligible to carry a prestigious award of CA in your name}

2. Maine toh abhi tak kuch bhi nahi kiya, November is how possible ??  {use it for May}

3. Aap hi bana ke dedo ?? {don’t ask for answer on this question, I have some very dangerous thoughts}

4. Blah blah blah………

I Can't but he can

This is something that I want to talk about, I want you to know about, I want the students like me who don’t have confidence in them or completely lost their confidence during struggling tenure to trust about.

Hey Friends.... It’s not just a story; it’s a real fact miracle which happened in my life.

I Hope this will also inspire you and give you assurance when you completely lost hope and totally blank in your life what to do next?

It’s my real life story since from the childhood. I was a duffer student not even an average student. Till 5th Standard all things were going on good even I can define it well but as I stepped in to standard 6th life doesn’t seems that easy it was before. The things become hard to cope up, Studies became tough, self respect was agenda, and the Leadership quality in friends circle was the only thing which I was fighting for.

As I told You I was not at all good in studies. My life took a very bad turn, my enjoying life seems to be worst and worst day by day. For e.g. smiling face to crying face Playing with friends to Playing with the Teacher slaps cycling to racing with scholars due to parent’s pressure. All the things just changed me. I was just surrounded by the fear. I was so afraid about the scolding which will come from teachers, tuition teachers, mom.............. The days went on and on I was going on losing my confidence the school days remained same. I was not at all interested in studies. I was just interested in eating, watching television, cycling, dancing and bla bla other things except studies all were my passion.. Upto School routine days it was ok but the exams days was trouble for me. I was totally messed up with things the subjects were so boring I can say ENGLISH-NOT INTERESTED MARATHI-VERY WEAK IN IT MATHS-WAS NOT SOLVING MY PROBLEMS IN LIFE HISTORY-INTERESTED IN FUTURE GEOGRAPHY-MAPS WHERE MAKING THOUSAND MAPS IN MY MIND HINDI-WAS OK DRAWING-IT WAS THE ONLY SUBJECT WHICH I LIKE TO SIT FOR EXAM.

So friends you can easily make out from above how difficult the school life was for me not even a single subject I can cope up with Exams days pass on but the result day was still to come and the tension surrounded every minute from the last exam day till result day...the fear of parents, the fear of what society will say, the fear of what if I lose my one whole year.

Same as a very duffer student I was the same visiting to every temple of my town to get through this problem of passing which was the sole aim every year I have "PLEASE BHAGWAN IS BARE PASS KAR DO NEXT TIME I WILL STUDY HARD" Every single year it was the same lifestyle but you will be interested what finally happen in my result day. The result day was a day which made me believe that I cant but he can .I always used to pass with the grace marks and that day I was damn happy that I went to next new class without failing.

Till 10th standard it was the same I begged him I can say every time I challenged him if you are there then I want a proof come on accept my challenge clear my exams and prove that your existence is there and every time he proved. I secured 63% in my SSC Board exams. My dad, mom, my family doesn’t have any hopes from me. I think Same as other parents they also thought that any how I should complete my graduation..But my Life took a turn just I was believing that I CANT BUT HE CAN. I was enjoying my life without studying and depending on god that he will do every thing as every time .I stopped worrying about results as I was doing in my School times because there was a huge support I started living my life, enjoying with my friends, enjoying my studies and I didn’t had any clue what it resulted it resulted 82% in my HSC now this what called miracle in my life.

A miracle which turned my life. I, a graced passed girl had gained that much of confidence in God that I appeared for CPT examination and cleared in first attempt and now a CA Student Which turned my life.

Now I am getting a huge respect, love, and friend’s attention every thing which I was struggling for..... A DROP OF INK MAKE MILLIONS TO THINK. So it’s a message for everyone when you completely frustrated out of things just think I CANT BUT HE CAN and start Life without worrying more and enjoying a lot.......

Purpose Of Your life

When a man does not know what harbor he is making for, no wind is the right wind.”
-Seneca

"A person with a clear purpose will make progress on even the roughest road. A person with no purpose will make no progress on even the smoothest road."
-Thomas Carlyle

I believe each one of us is born with a unique purpose in life to fulfill. I believe there is a meaning to each one of our lives - that God does not create anything without reason. Purpose is what gives us a real sense of direction to our life.  Without knowing our purpose, it is very easy to get sidetracked. Without purpose, we may be climbing the wrong ladder, and cutting down the wrong tree. Without purpose, we may be running very efficiently indeed, but headed in the opposite direction to where we really want to go!

As Henry David Thoreau said “Many wise men go fishing all of their life without knowing it is not fish they are after”. Having a purpose can mean the difference between making a living and making a life. Consistency of purpose is the secret of all successful people. Without a purpose, the actions we take and the goals we chase may not bring us fulfillment. Purpose is the why behind everything we do.

Here are the life purpose statements of some highly successful people:

“To uplift humanity’s consciousness through business”
-D.C Cordova - cofounder of the Excellerated Business School

“To humbly serve the Lord by being a loving, playful, powerful, and passionate example of the absolute joy that is available to us the moment we rejoice in God’s gifts and sincerely love and serve all of his creations.”
-Anthony Robbins, self-help guru

“To leave the world a better place than I found it, for horses and for people”
-Monty Roberts, author of “the man who listens to Horses”

“To create and inspire one million millionaires who each give $1 million to their church or charity”
-Mark Victor Hansen, coauthor of the “Chicken soup of the soul” series

How can we discover our life purpose?

The joy that we experience in doing certain activities is the real key to discovering our life purpose. Joy is our inner guidance system. An activity that is aligned with our purpose gives us immense joy. A person who is doing what is true to his purpose if often willing to do it even if he does not get paid for the work, as the satisfaction from the work is itself enough compensation for the work done.

Think of all of the times since childhood when you were inspired and really joyful. What were you doing then?  How were you feeling? What was common in all the life experiences that gave you immense joy? Chances are that your purpose has something to do with those experiences. Also you can attempt to find your life purpose in meditation. After a session of meditation, ask yourself “What is the purpose of my life?”, “What am I here to do?” Allow the answer to come to you.

A purpose needs to mention not only what we will do and achieve, but also how our life will impact people around us. "Making a million dollars" can be a personal goal - it is however not a purpose, as it does not include other people in the statement.

Some questions you can ask yourself to find out about your purpose:
  • What work would you do, which you enjoy so much that you would be happy even if you did not get paid for it?
  • What does your heart long to do?
  • Who are you? Are you an athlete? An artist? An scientific mind? A businessman? A rockstar?
  • What do you love to become in your future?
  • What would you love to learn?
  • If there is something that you would teach, what would it be?
  • What drives you? love? peace? adventure? security?
  • What do you what to experience in this life?

"Purpose" is different from "goal"
Many times, people take "purpose" and "goal" to be one and the same. They are not one and the same. Here are the differences:

A goal is something that you attain one day, after striving towards it for sometime. Purpose is something that you are, because of which you have the drive to get up each morning and do what you want to do.

Your goal is one of your destinations, whereas purpose is your journey.

Attainment of goals/dreams is the effect, your purpose is the drive/cause.

Your goal gives you some direction, whereas purpose gives you something greater - a meaning for your life, without which even attained goals may not satisfy you for long.

Does our life purpose have to be grand?
It is not necessary that each one of us need to define a life purpose that has plans to change the whole world. Each of us has unique talents, skills, and drives. - we experience joy in doing different things. When you are on purpose, you become the best possible you, and only you know what makes you the best you.

Can a life purpose change?
Absolutely. We are all growing bigger and better each day. As we grow, so will our life purpose. Define your life purpose, and expect to refine it along the way.

My purpose:
The purpose of my life is to humbly serve God by inspiring and empowering people to live a life full of love, joy and fulfillment.

How did I arrive at the above purpose?
I found that I experience great joy when I write inspirational articles/quotes, and when I am answering questions that ask for solutions to challenging life situations. It brings me great fulfillment to know that my work impacts the lives of many people positively. I love learning and sharing wisdom. I love to take something apparently complex and explain it in a simple way. I love contemplating on different topics on a daily basis and writing on them. Finally, I realize that humility and a mentality of service to people and God is important to me. I notice a difference in the quality of my work when done with ego and without ego, and pray that my work be done in surrender to the divine, without a sense of doer ship.

What clues did my earlier life give me towards my current purpose?
I have always immensely enjoyed problem solving since childhood. Also I enjoyed performing in front of people, whether it was solving math problems in front of class, acting in plays, or performing in a singing competition in college. In tenth grade, I was very happy and proud when a teacher appreciated me and read out a poem and essay I had written in front of the class. I also love playing chess, won the Bombay selection tournament and qualified to play at state level. I realize that all of these things are somehow related to what I think is my purpose now. For example - The love for chess denotes my love to think, to strategize, to employ different tactics to solve problems. Being comfortable in penning down my thoughts in school was a hint that I could later do this relative ease - which I am doing now. Also being in front of people and giving some type of performance came up on multiple occasions in my past, which is what I do now on this page as well. I give these examples from my past not to boast about it, but to give you an idea as to how you can look for clues from your past to search for your life purpose. Your purpose is about doing something that you are good at, and from which you derive a lot of joy.

I highly encourage you to think about your life purpose with the guidelines above, and post it as a comment below this article. Do not focus on making it too perfect - it is better to define something and refine later. Getting clarity of purpose will greatly enhance the quality of your life. It will guide you in making many important decisions as your life unfolds, and will bring your much success, joy and fulfillment.

Innovative Techniques for Effective Studies

The Law of evidence plays a pivotal role in the effective functioning of the judicial system. “The existence of substantive rights can only be established by relevant and admissible evidence.” Relevancy of facts is the key to determine the outcome of the judicial process which is based on fair trial without fear or favor and upholding the principles of Natural Justice and Human Rights.  Hence the importance of evidence neither be overlooked nor be ignored. The proof of evidence comes out of documents and the establishment of relevant evidence is through the verification of documents. Hence the documents and verification of documents are very important and very essential to establish the truth and to bring Justice.
A writing is a document, Section 3; Indian Evidence Act defines evidence as under:
Evidence means and includes-
(a) All statements which the court permits or requires to be made before it by witnesses, in relation to matters of facts under inquiry, such statements are called oral evidence;
(b) All documents including electronic records produced for the inspection of the court; such documents are called documentary evidence.
What are Bank documents? It is generally believed that the documents signed by any person to avail any facility alone are bank documents. If anybody nurses such a belief, then he is wrong particularly for a borrower. The very first day when a potential customer approaches a bank to establish a relationship with the bank through an interaction, the potential document and the proof thereof begins. There are oral and documentary evidences. Oral evidence need not constitute documentary evidence. But when minutes of the meetings / discussions are recorded, it becomes a documentary proof.
1. Banks do not entertain any proposal without a preliminary discussion and if such discussion takes place neither the minutes of the meeting and discussion are recorded nor the gist of the meeting is made either by the bank or by the prospective borrower. Thus an opportunity to create a document is lost for the prospective borrower.
2. If the discussion bears fruit, then the bank requests their prospective borrower to submit their application for bank facility containing all relevant information along with the detailed project report of the proposed venture. The bank may also ask the borrower to open their account and start their bank transactions so that the bank can monitor their activities from the very beginning itself. One of the most important aspects of opening the account is the introduction of KYC norms which should be complied with and it is mandatory. The bank customer is entitled to receive the certified copies the aforesaid documents and these constitute the first documents.
3. After the receipt of the application for bank facilities along with the project report, the bank undertakes a technical feasibility and economic viability study in detail. During the course of the study the bank may raise many queries and sometimes further discussion on the project proposal for which the borrower client will have to give convincing and satisfactory replies in writing. It may be noted if any meetings and discussions take place with regard to the proposed project, then the minutes of the meeting and discussion should be recorded in detail and duly acknowledged by the borrower and the bank officials. If the bank is satisfied with the replies of the borrower customer, then they after discussion sanction the facilities and intimate the borrower in writing regarding the sanction with all relevant terms and conditions. The entire process is carried out through various documents and these constitute very important documents.
4. Once the loan is sanctioned, the bank conveys their sanction in duplicate with all the terms and conditions to the borrower along with all relevant documents and related papers and get them acknowledged by the borrower for having accepted the terms and conditions. If the borrower belongs to corporate sector, then a resolution is passed by the borrower company for having accepted the terms and conditions as per the bank’s requirement. The entire documents and papers and letters exchanged between the bank and the borrower become very important documents.
5. In case the bank rejects the proposal, then they have to give valid reasons for rejecting the proposal and if the borrower is not satisfied with the reasons, then they can make a representation to the bank to reconsider their decision.
6. After the sanction of the facility, the borrower executes bank documents with regard to the facilities sanctioned so as to enable the bank to create security documents legally binding the bank and the borrower so that the bank becomes a secured creditor. After fulfilling and complying with all the terms and conditions as stipulated in the sanction letter, the bank releases the funds for the utilization of released fund for the purpose for which it is released. If the borrower is a company incorporated as per the Company law, then they will have to create charge on the secured assets in favor of the bank within 30 days from the date of the documents.  Subsequently there can be modification, verification and satisfaction of the charges created. All these form important documents.
7. The moment the bank releases the funds, credit monitoring by the bank begins. Since bank credit is purpose oriented, post sanction supervision, control and monitoring of credit becomes very important. Further it also helps the bank to prevent any slippage by which the account becomes an NPA. Hence if credit monitoring is done judiciously, diligently, honestly and focusing on the purpose for which the credit was granted, then it can prevent the account becoming NPA and the unit becoming sick.
The supervision, control and monitoring of credit may be divided into the following categories.
(I) (a) Legal control. (b) Physical control. (c) Financial control.
(II) Off-site and onsite inspection and supervision.
(III) Off-site supervision by banks.
(IV) Returns / statements submitted to the bank at the instance of Reserve Bank of India.
They are:
(a)   Quarterly Information System (QIS) Forms I and Form II
(b)   Half Yearly operating fund flow statement – Form III
(c)   Annual review.
(d)   Monthly statement of select operational data (MSOD).
(e)   Control at the instance of the bank.
(f)     Monthly Stock Statement and yearly stock audit.
All the above items constitute yet other important documents more so they contain bank’s observations.
8. Besides, any correspondence exchanged between the borrower and the bank becomes documentary evidence. Hence the communication becomes an important toll which will aid the borrower to establish his credibility.
9. The importance of verification of documents is based on the fact that the contents of the documents may be proved either by primary or secondary evidence. The principle is “best evidence in the possession of power of the party must be produced. What the best evidence is, it must depend upon circumstances. Generally speaking, the original document is the best evidence. This is the general and ordinary rule; the contents can only be proved by the writing itself.” Further, “The contents of every written paper are, according to the ordinary and well established rules of evidence, to be proved by the paper itself, and by that alone, if the paper is in existence.” This tenet of law clearly establishes the need for verification of documents. Besides, the existence of any onerous clause or any distortion in the terms and conditions as laid down in the sanction letter or any breach of contract if any, and any lacuna that exists in the document can be established only by verification of the documents.
10. In the ultimate analysis, communication is the most vital aspect of any dealings particularly so in legal matters. It can make a life or mar a life.
